My recent stay at Hotel Zihua Caracol was absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. The breakfast options included in our stay were varied and delicious, with a menu offering several dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short and safe stroll from the beautiful beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great shower, and the pool area was refreshing. I especially enjoyed being able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Casa Sun and Moon, which overlooked the ocean. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Zihua Caracol in Zihuatanejo for a week and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast included with the stay was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The pool area was nice and usually quiet during the week, and if you tipped the maid every day, you would receive special details in your room.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was adequate and enough to start the day. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to several shops and great swimming areas nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and ensured a safe environment.
The hotel was in poor condition and needed renovations. The rooms were outdated and uncomfortable, with inadequate ventilation and no facilities for valuables.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zihua Caracol for a weekend getaway. The buffet breakfast was filling and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant during their happy hour. The staff, including Cesar, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The pool was refreshing, and we had access to the pool at their sister hotel, Casa Sun and Moon. Paz, our room attendant, was pleasant and accommodating. I found this hotel to be more than satisfactory and would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable New Year's stay! The inclusive breakfast was delicious with generous portions. The staff were incredibly accommodating and even let us store our bags and change into beachwear when we arrived early. The beautiful ocean view from our clean room was an added bonus. The hotel's location was key, with plenty of great food options nearby.
Some downsides included the hard beds and lack of hot water for showers. the guard dog on the property made loud noises very early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep.

Decent location, with a beach within walking distance. The rooms were well cleaned, with nice and comfortable furniture. The staff was pretty friendly and always at hand to assist.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like a fridge, which made it difficult to store our food and drinks. The beds were too hard for our liking, making it hard to sleep well at night.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and downtown shops, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast is generous and well-served, while the restaurant offers stunning bay views and serves delicious pizza. The staff are friendly, hard working, and keep the rooms clean and comfortable, complete with good air conditioning and water pressure.
The hotel could improve by adding window screens or fans to keep mosquitoes out.
